Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect on this website, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and the rights you have over it.

1. Who we are
This website, kuzmanko.com, is operated by Kuzmanko Consulting Ltd. ("Kuzmanko", "we", "us"). We are the data controller responsible for personal data processed through this site. For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@kuzmanko.com.
2. What data we collect
We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site and respond to enquiries:
- Information you give us. When you contact us by the enquiry form, email, or phone, we receive the details you choose to share — typically your name, email address, phone number, company, and the content of your message.
- Technical and usage data. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers automatically record limited technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring pages. This is used in aggregate to keep the site secure and understand how it is used.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We use only the cookies needed for the site to function and for privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential functionality may be affected.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and provide our services — on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to, or in performance of, a contract.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website — on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a safe, functional site.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations — where the law requires us to keep certain records.
4. Who processes data for us
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, to deliver this site:
- Vercel — website hosting and content delivery.
- Supabase — database and media storage for our Insights content.
- Google Fonts — web font delivery.
- Email and communication providers — to receive and reply to your enquiries.
Some of these providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the provider's standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up and our legitimate business records, then delete or anonymise it. Aggregate technical data is retained only for short operational periods.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law — including the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Israel's Protection of Privacy Law — you may request to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. To exercise any of these, email info@kuzmanko.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Security
We use reputable infrastructure providers and reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. External links
This site may link to third-party sites — for example LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; please review their own policies.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
