Jonathan Kuzmanko
Manager, researcher and advisor in business AI. He spent fifteen years inside large organizations before he started advising them.
A manager with over fifteen years of senior operational and leadership experience in the business and financial sectors. Jonathan began his career managing business and technology projects for companies on the TA-125, Israel's largest publicly traded companies, and specialized early in something few executives had touched: leading the implementation of AI and machine-learning models inside real products and business processes.
He went on to hold a series of senior management roles in the financial sector, running departments of hundreds of people and leading strategic projects alongside companies including Tesla. By the age of 33 he was the VP of Business Development at The Phoenix, one of Israel's largest and most prominent financial institutions, where he ran general-insurance headquarters, business development, product innovation, and projects.
Today he advises companies and managers on putting AI to work, and researches the question formally as an active doctoral candidate studying autoregressive AI models in decision-making, in the international doctoral programme of the Prague University of Economics and Business, a school ranked among the top one percent worldwide with full Triple-Crown accreditation. He is also a co-founder of Setrix.AI, which builds agentic systems and data-science services for companies and organizations.
