AI Automation

AI automation consulting for enterprises.

We automate the repetitive work in service, sales, operations and back office, with AI where it adds value and plain automation where it doesn't. Measured in hours saved, response times and cost per case.

What is AI automation consulting?

AI automation consulting is finding the repetitive tasks and processes in a business, such as answering leads, updating the CRM or handling service requests, and moving them to automatic execution, with AI components where judgement on text, voice or data is needed. KO AI maps the process first, then builds, connects and measures the automation.

Most automation projects fail for a simple reason: they automate a bad process. We start from the business result, the hours, the response time, the cost per case, and only then choose the tool. Sometimes that is a workflow platform, sometimes custom code, and sometimes the process needs to be re-engineered first, which is what our forward deployed engineering teams do.

KO AI has deployed 500+ new AI-based processes at clients. We work with mid-size and large organizations in Israel and Europe, from offices in Tel Aviv, Prague and Porto.

What we automate

Which business processes can AI automate?

Eight areas where business process automation with AI saves time, shortens response times and improves the customer experience.

01

AI agents for service and support

AI agents that handle first-line support and coordination, answer from your own knowledge base and hand over to a person with the full context.

02

Lead management

Automatic, consistent follow-up by email, SMS, WhatsApp and voice agents, so no lead waits and every contact is logged.

03

AI-powered customer service

Voice and chat assistants for inbound and outbound calls, call summaries and routing to the right agent, to raise the efficiency of the contact centre.

04

CRM and ERP workflows

Workflows built into your CRM and ERP that keep records current, close service loops and trigger the next step without manual work.

05

Document processing

Reading, extracting and classifying documents such as invoices, forms, claims and contracts, with a confidence score and a human check where it matters.

06

Internal communication

Automations that route requests, summarise threads and keep teams and customers informed, in the tools people already use.

07

Task automation for managers and staff

The recurring tasks of managers and employees, from reports to approvals, automated so time goes to the work that matters.

08

Custom automation development

When a platform isn't enough, our developers build an automation in code that fits the organization's exact requirements.

Choosing the approach

What is the difference between AI automation, AI agents and FDE?

The main difference is autonomy and how much the process itself changes. In most organizations the answer is a mix: automation for the repetitive work, an AI agent where judgement is needed, and FDE when the process has to be rebuilt.

The comparison describes the approaches in general.

How it worksA fixed scenario: if X happens, do Y.Gets a goal, assesses the situation and plans a sequence of actions itself.Redesigns the whole process, with rules, models and people at engineered decision nodes.
What it fitsRepetitive, linear tasks at high volume.Steps that need judgement, with exceptions and changing conditions.Processes that are slow, costly or error-prone end to end.

How an engagement runs

From a repetitive task to a measured automation.

01 / Map

Map the process

We map the process with the people who run it and measure the baseline: volume, time per case and errors.

02 / Choose

Choose the approach

Plain automation, an AI agent, or re-engineering first. We pick the simplest option that meets the target.

03 / Build

Build and connect

On a workflow platform or in code, connected to your CRM, ERP and core systems, under your security policies.

04 / Measure

Measure and hand over

We measure against the baseline, add monitoring, and train the team that will own the automation.

Tools and platforms

Which tools do we use for AI automation?

KO AI isn't tied to one technology. For fast delivery we use low-code platforms such as n8n, Make and Microsoft Copilot Studio. For complex, high-volume or core-business processes our developers write a custom solution in code, for example in Python, and connect it to your existing systems.

n8n
Make
Microsoft Copilot Studio
Microsoft Azure

For European clients we design automations for GDPR from the start: data minimisation, access control, logging, and EU data residency where it is required.

Questions, answered

AI automation consulting FAQ.

What is AI automation consulting?
AI automation consulting is finding the repetitive tasks and processes in a business, such as answering leads, updating the CRM, scheduling content or handling service requests, and moving them to automatic execution by connected systems and workflows. At KO AI we combine automation with AI components to raise operational efficiency, cut costs and free employees and managers for the work that matters.
What is the difference between business process automation and AI agents?
Business process automation follows a fixed scenario: if X happens, do Y. It fits repetitive, linear tasks and usually includes basic AI for processing data. An AI agent gets a goal, assesses the situation, plans a sequence of actions itself and can correct course when it hits a problem. KO AI builds both, and often combines them in the same process.
When does a process need forward deployed engineering instead of automation?
When the process itself is the problem: too many hand-offs, rework, waiting time or decisions that nobody owns. Automating it as it is only makes a bad process run faster. In those cases our forward deployed engineering team re-engineers the process first, with rules, models and people at engineered decision nodes, and then builds it.
Which processes should we automate first?
Start with processes that have high volume, clear rules and repetitive manual work: first replies to leads by email, SMS and WhatsApp, inbound and outbound service calls, updating and closing service loops in the CRM, document intake, and the routine tasks of managers and employees. KO AI maps the process first, to choose the automation that saves the most time and cost.
Which tools and platforms does KO AI use for automation?
KO AI isn't tied to one technology and fits the tool to the need. For fast delivery we use low-code and no-code tools and enterprise platforms such as n8n, Make and Microsoft Copilot Studio. When a process is complex, needs high performance or touches the core of the business, our developers write a custom solution in code, for example in Python, and connect it to your existing systems.
Will the automation connect to our CRM and existing systems?
Yes. KO AI builds workflows that are integrated into your CRM and operational systems, so new and existing leads get a timely answer, service loops are closed and data is updated in one place. When the existing system isn't enough, our developers build a custom automation that meets the organization's specific requirements, instead of bending the organization to the tool.
How do you handle GDPR and data security in automations?
Automations run under your security policies and permissions. For European clients we design for GDPR from the start: we process only the data the task needs, control access, log every action, and keep data in the EU where that is required. Sensitive steps can run on models hosted on-premises or in a private cloud.
